| To begin click My Account on the blue menu bar. |
| Click Shipping on the lower left side of the My Account page. |
You can set up shipping preferences for 2 options.

| Select your service. Enter the weight and dimensions if necessary. |
| If you want your items to be combinable, select Yes. You can also choose to update your active listings without bids that are using Calculated Shipping. |

Communicating with Buyers and Sellers View Lesson in Text Form Hide Text |
There are a couple of ways Buyers and Sellers can communicate on Ahwooga.com |
In any listing click the listing owners name to open the contact form. |
This contact user form will send an email to the listing owner. The email of the sender is included.
Communication this way is via standard email. No threads or records of the communication are stored on Ahwooga.
Click send to send the email. |
The other way Buyers and Sellers can communicate is through an Ahwooga based listing communication thread.
In any listing click Ask the Listing Owner a Question. |
The contact form looks the same but this will start a system based communication thread.
Type in your question and click send. |
At the bottom of the listing the question asked will show up for the listing owner.
The owner can answer and then click reply. |
The listing owner can see all the questions and answers he has given. The person that asked the question can only see the questions and answers that thy asked. |
