25th Annual Bugtoberfest
This year on the fourth Sunday of October, Chirco will put on one of the largest air-cooled VW shows in the Western Region of the United States.
Our three-day event takes place right here in Tucson, AZ at the Chirco facility. (9101 E. 22nd Street. Tucson, AZ 85710)

Bugtoberfest Weekend Description.
Oct. 22 – 24 The Red Barn RoundupAll you Type 2 folk can camp on the property next door to Chirco. Previous events included live music, raffles, prizes, and an extreme amount of fun. Please contact us for more information. The Red Barn Roundup has become a “must-do” event for many campers. Chirco is not responsible for any of the havoc that tends to happen during this shindig.

Oct. 23 – Chirco Tucson CruiseThe Cruise will begin at Chirco Performance and Restoration on Saturday 10/23 at 12:00 Noon please be here around 11:30 to get in line. We will have maps available at the store for you. The cruise will head out east for a scenic ride along Old Spanish Trail and end up back at Chirco. The cruise takes about 45 minutes, and leads into the World Famous BBQ!Here is the Cruise Map. We will have copies in the store as well.

Oct. 23 – World Famous BBQThe BBQ will start where the cruise ends….Chirco!!! We will serve burgers, hot dogs., refreshments and fun!! Even if you do not participate in the cruise, you are welcome to join us for a good time!Your registration is for October 24th. Oct. 24 – The 25th Annual Bugtoberfest Show And Swap Meet The show as always promises to be one of the most fun times you can have with your air-cooled car in Arizona. People’s choice awards, engine blow, awesome raffle prizes, big swap-meet, music, t-shirts, posters, and a few surprises too. 8:00 am-3:00 pm Sunday.Your registration is for October 24th. This year we are asking for donations of NEW UNOPENED TOYS for both boys and girls. Chirco is pleased to be working with Aviva Children’s Services to help them provide a Merry Christmas for children in need.
