Host Hotel Registration Info:
The Swanky Tucson Hilton East will serve as our Host Hotel again this year. The staff at the Hilton really enjoyed the VWs last year and this year our rate has dropped to only $79 a night! That’s a pretty fantastic deal.

Bugtoberfest Tucson Cruise route
The Tucson cruise route has been set. We will be taking the roads less traveled but paved this year. In an effort to maybe stay together a bit more and slow down and enjoy the scenery we have changed our route from city to countryside. The Old Spanish Trail/Vail Arizona area features rugged southwest beauty, and a big green barn where a Farmer’s Market is held and more. View Map Here
Other items of interest
Food Bank Collection – We would really like to collect as much non-perishable food items as we can for the Tucson Food Bank. Please bring a couple cans of food to help. We plan on using our good buddy Dave’s bus as our collection box so to speak. Kind of a stuff Gus the Bus deal.
The Red Barn Round-Up – This year the local bus club aptly named The Tucson Bus Mob will be chairing the bus campout for the show. They are in the process of fixing up the grounds and setting up a raffle and some other goodies. We recieved word that they will have pancakes so that’s a great thing.
